CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

Our main concern at  Colourful Art Supplies is customer satisfaction. Returns are uncommon, but things do happen!

 

OUR ERROR:

If the shipment is our error, we will pay for the return of product to our warehouse, and ship you the proper items.

 

YOUR ERROR:

If the shipment is due to an error on your part, we expect you to pay for the shipping to our warehouse, and we will replace the item with the one you want, with any additional charges or credits.

 

PRODUCT DIFFERENT/CHANGE OF MIND:

If you have purchased a product, and it is not what you expected (for instance, you did not understand or have knowledge of the way the product performs), we will have you ship it back at your expense, and we will credit your account in order that you may re-order the product you would like in exchange.

 

PRODUCT CONDITION:

With all products, they must be returned in the same condition they were sent. Unopened, with no marks or tags. If the error was on your part, we will assess a 10% to 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product.

 

INVENTORY OF RETURNED PRODUCTS:

When you want to return an item to us, please call 03 9741-9947 or e-mail info@colourfulartsupplies.com.au and we will be glad to discuss the problem with you in order that we are all guaranteed success! We will expect a full inventory, if there is a large quantity being returned,  e-mail before you ship the items. The full inventory must also be printed and in the shipment when sent.
