Description
Directions: Apply to a dry surface by using a palette knife, paint brush, sea sponge, texturing tool, or other similar tools. Add coloured pigments such as Colour Blast Shimmer Dusts or Colour Blast Mica Powders. Use only a small amount of these pigments and mix to a consistency suitable for your project.
